Job summary

Career Group is seeking a results-driven recruiter support professional to manage direct hire placements for our clients across diverse industries. This onsite role is four days per week in Midtown, NY, 9am–6pm, with after-hours emails/calls as needed.

Salary ranges from $60k–$65k base, plus paid overtime, commission eligibility, and an excellent benefits package. You will source, interview, and coordinate with clients and candidates, while maintaining essential admin duties and reference checks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of high-volume, fast-paced recruiting or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook for scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Source, schedule, and interview candidates for direct hire roles with clients.
• Manage and update candidate and job information in the database.
• Strategize and run jobs by appropriate candidates.
• Prepare resumes and bios and submit to clients.
• Prepare and send detailed interview confirmations, start details, and updates.
• Speak with candidates to gather feedback on opportunities.
• Keep all parties informed of changes and updates.
• Assist with offers and negotiations.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients.
• Conduct thorough reference checks.
• Take on additional admin responsibilities for the SVP as needed.
