Innovative Staff Solutions is seeking a full-time Recruiting Manager to recruit and manage a travel workforce program for client staffing needs. The role is based onsite in Charleston, IL, with standard hours 8am–5pm and occasional overtime.

A strong emphasis is placed on payroll, invoicing, reporting, and client liaison to ensure staffing success. Qualifications include a 4-year degree and 4+ years of customer service, proven leadership, and excellent communication.

Formación

• 4-year degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven leadership track record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to work amidst interruptions.
• Reliable and flexible with Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm and overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview, and process candidates for open roles and staffing requests.
• Complete each hiring step accurately to support high-quality hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates with thorough documentation and timely follow-up.
• Manage daily onsite office operations including payroll, invoicing, and required reporting.
• Partner with clients to understand business needs and manage assigned employees at their locations.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions to support business development.
• Lead team execution by conducting regular staff performance reviews and onsite meetings.
