Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or related admin roles.
• Strong organization to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews across multiple teams and manage calendar logistics.
• Support offer letters and onboarding coordination for hourly and salaried hires.
• Assist with recruiting events, fairs, and community outreach.
• Maintain candidate records, documentation, and reporting tools.
