Job summary

Castelion seeks a proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing talent acquisition function at our Torrance, CA headquarters. You will manage end-to-end recruiting operations with a focus on candidate experience and process efficiency.

You will partner with recruiting, HR, and hiring teams to coordinate interviews, onboarding, and reporting, ensuring smooth, timely communications from application through offer. Onsite role, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in recruiting, HR, or admin roles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work onsite full-time.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and travel for candidates and teams.
• Manage candidate communications from application to offer.
• Support recruiters with sourcing, outreach and pre-screening.
• Own administrative tasks: offer letters, background checks, onboarding docs, reporting.
• Maintain data in applicant tracking systems and HR tools.
• Partner with recruiting and HR leadership to optimize processes.
• Contribute to special projects to enhance recruiting function.
