Job summary

Castelion is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a fully onsite role. You will partner with hiring managers to fill engineering and operations roles, driving end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in full-cycle technical recruiting, strength in screening, and a proactive approach to building candidate pipelines. This role emphasizes on-site collaboration, ATS familiarity, and data-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and closing candidates for engineering and operations roles.
• Proven track record partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver top talent.
• Strong candidate experience and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source talent using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, and creative methods for hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct in-depth screenings and technical assessments aligning candidates with job requirements.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Advise hiring managers with insights on role requirements, strategies, and interview feedback.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and market intelligence to inform recruiting strategy.
• Improve recruiting processes through automation and data-driven decisions.
