You will partner with hiring managers to identify, engage, and close top talent, manage the full life cycle from outreach to onboarding, and help build a diverse pipeline in a fast-growing defense-focused environment.

This role requires hands-on sourcing, strong technical acumen, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience (engineering & operations).
• Proven ability to work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver top talent.
• Technical understanding to assess engineering roles and candidate fit.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Talent: identify active and passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Candidate Screening: conduct in-depth screenings and technical assessments.
• Candidate Management: manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from outreach to onboarding.
• Collaboration: advise hiring managers on role requirements, hiring strategies, and interview feedback.
• Talent Mapping & Market Insights: build pipelines and provide market intelligence.
• Process Improvement: optimize recruiting processes through automation and data-driven decisions.
• Diverse Talent Engagement: attract a broad, inclusive range of candidates.
