Job summary

Castelion is seeking a proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing talent acquisition function at our Torrance, CA headquarters. You will partner with recruiting, HR, and hiring teams to coordinate the end-to-end process and ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

You will manage interview logistics, candidate communications, and onboarding paperwork while maintaining accurate data in HR systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years in recruiting, HR, or administrative roles, preferably tech or high-growth.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Professionalism and discretion at all times.
On-site work at Torrance, CA headquarters required.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and travel logistics.
Manage candidate communications from application to offer.
Support recruiters with sourcing, outreach, and pre-screening.
Own administrative tasks: offer letters, background checks, onboarding paperwork, reporting.
Maintain data in ATS and HR tools.
Partner with recruiting and HR leadership to optimize processes.
Contribute to special projects to enhance recruiting.
