Job summary

Sila is a next-generation battery materials company located in Alameda, CA, seeking an energetic Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis to support the Talent Team with interview coordination and candidate communications. This on-site role emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The position requires 6 months to 2 years in recruiting or HR coordination, strong organization, and proficiency with Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruiting or HR coordination roles.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm in-person, virtual & phone interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and provide in-person support as needed.
• Assist in posting job openings and advertise positions through local outlets when applicable.
• Maintain an up-to-date record of candidate information in the ATS.
• Provide on-site administrative support to the Talent Team.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and events.
• Greet candidates and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for in-person interviews.
• Support HR functions such as career fairs and recruiting events.
• Assist Talent Acquisition Partners on sourcing, job descriptions and training documents.
