Relativity Space in Cape Canaveral, Florida, is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with recruiters and hiring teams to schedule interviews, manage candidate experience, and coordinate travel for onsite candidates.

You will support Greenhouse ATS and MS Office tools, handle calendars, and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite, contract role with growth potential within Relativity Space.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, and/or HR coordination.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is required.
• Proficiency with calendar tools and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews (phone, video, on-site) in a timely manner.
• Provide a top-tier candidate experience through welcoming communication.
• Assist with booking travel (flight, hotel, car) and expense reconciliation.
• Improve Talent Acquisition processes and support special projects as needed.
• Build strong professional relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
