Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 6-month temporary role in Hawthorne, CA. The role focuses on scheduling onsite interviews, coordinating candidate travel, and hosting candidates to ensure a smooth interview day.

You will support the recruiting team and contribute to a positive candidate experience. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 6+ months in recruiting or related fields; familiarity with Greenhouse ATS and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ months in recruiting, HR, marketing, sales or tech.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Experience as a recruiting coordinator is a plus.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of personnel policies and employment laws.
• Able to manage multiple projects with urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact.

Responsibilities

• Schedule onsite interviews and coordinate travel.
• Host candidates and manage interview logistics.
• Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks.
• Learn our business to discuss programs with candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during interviews.
