Accurate Personnel in Lancaster, TX is hiring an Onsite Recruiter/Account Manager to oversee field employees, enforce safety protocols, and support client needs while improving operational efficiency. You will recruit talent, screen candidates, and manage attendance and payroll tasks to ensure smooth site operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and 1–2 years in industrial staffing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in industrial staffing.
• Knowledge of EEO policy.
• Highly organized multitasker in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management; able to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recruit a pipeline to fill roles.
• Thoroughly screen candidates to match specific requirements.
• Manage field employees, attendance, transfers, coaching and terminations.
• Provide flexible customer service for client and associates.
• Maintain records and provide reporting to client and Accurate Personnel.
• Monitor timeclock usage and generate daily attendance/payroll reports.
• Walk site to monitor safety and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Communicate clearly and work well solo or in teams.
• Interview candidates and make job offers as needed.
• Adapt to changing environments and follow policies.
• Support diversity and comply with EEO standards.
