• Monitor timeclock usage and generate daily attendance/payroll reports.
• Walk site to monitor safety and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Communicate clearly and work well solo or in teams.
• Interview candidates and make job offers as needed.
• Adapt to changing environments and follow policies.

In this vital role, the Onsite Recruiter will manage the field employee workforce, enforce safety protocols, support client needs proactively, resolve issues in real time, support attendance and payroll tasks, enhance operational efficiency, and recruit talent that will report to the client site. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $22-26/hr Depending on experience, paid weekly, paid weekly.
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Monday – Thursday, 7 AM – 6 PM, Thursday – Sunday, 7 AM – 6 PM, or Thursday – Sunday, 7 PM – 6 AM
• Located in Lancaster, Texas

Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand the needs of our clients and recruit a pipeline to fill those needs.
• Thoroughly screens candidates to accurately fill positions with specific requirements
• Manage field employees, including attendance, transfer requests, coaching and terminations.
• Approach customer service with flexibility and availability for both client and associates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, providing accurate reporting to client and Accurate.
• Monitor timeclock usage and create and run daily reports for attendance and payroll purposes.
• Walk the floor of the entire site at least 3x daily to monitor safety and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and customer service skills
• Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in teams
• As needed, Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make job offers
• Adapt to changing environments and follow company policies
• Support diversity and comply with EEO standards

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
• Ideally possesses at least 1 to 2 years of experience within the industrial staffing industry
• Demonstrates knowledge of EEO policy
• Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills and be able to work independently with limited supervision.
