Job summary

The Country Butcher Meats is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across a diverse set of roles. This onsite position emphasizes candidate sourcing, employer branding, and sustained relationship management in partnership with HR leadership and hiring managers.

Responsibilities include owning end-to-end hiring, candidate sourcing through multiple channels, coordinating with agencies, and supporting onboarding and development initiatives to grow talent for the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to select the best candidates for open positions.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring processes from start to finish, including identifying hiring needs, creating job descriptions, posting openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Execute candidate sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, campus recruitment, and external recruiting channels.
• Use Candidate Relationship Management to build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Lead screening activities by conducting interviews, assessing skills, and evaluating overall candidate fit.
• Coordinate with external recruiting agencies as needed and support employment and labor law compliance across the hiring process, including background checks and employment contracts.
• Support employee onboarding and participation in training and development and succession planning activities to support long-term talent growth.
