Job summary

Employbridge in Cheyenne, WY is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to join our fast-paced team. You will brainstorm new ways to attract great candidates, post openings on social platforms, and build a robust candidate pipeline to fill opportunities.

You will interview, screen, and coordinate background checks, drug screens, and I-9 verifications, ensuring a smooth path to placement. This role rewards momentum with a monthly bonus potential and comprehensive benefits for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment, preferably staffing
• A strong computer knowledge so you can navigate the platforms we use
• A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations
• Being able to manage your time and stay organized

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm with your team to attract great candidates for open roles
• Use creative thinking to attract candidates and improve postings and social media presence
• Interview techniques to find the right fit and build a candidate pipeline
• Coordinate drug screens, background checks, and I-9 documentation for new hires
• Support order fulfillment by placing the right candidates into positions and maintaining a steady pipeline

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

To be successful as an Onsite Recruiter, you will want to have:
