Job summary

Employbridge is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source and place candidates for our team. This role emphasizes fast-paced, high-volume recruiting, team collaboration, and effective outreach across postings and social channels.

You’ll screen, interview, and build a talent pipeline, conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to get candidates to work. A base salary with monthly bonus potential and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, staffing preferred.
• Strong computer knowledge to navigate recruiting platforms.
• Passion for talking with people at all levels and handling stressful situations.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to recruit great people.
• Apply marketing skills to job postings, social media, and the community to stand out.
• Use interviewing skills to identify candidates for open roles.
• Continue building a pipeline of candidates and actively impact fulfillment.
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9 forms to get hires ready.

A day as a Onsite Recruiter might look like the following:

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

To be successful as an Onsite Recruiter, you will want to have:

• 2 years in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment, preferably staffing
• A strong computer knowledge so you can navigate the platforms we use
• A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations
• Being able to manage your time and stay organized
