Job summary

DataForce by TransPerfect seeks an energetic Receptionist for an onsite data collection project in Atlanta, GA. You will welcome participants, check IDs, collect NDAs, and guide participants on study expectations while coordinating with a remote Scheduler for replacements as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication; experience in scheduling or reception is preferred, and a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in scheduling, reception or admin roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Customer-service oriented with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Check participants in and out using booking software.
• Provide clear study guidelines and assist participants.
• Coordinate daily schedule and replacement participants as needed.
• Support moderators and coordinators to meet project goals.
• Maintain accurate participant information and documentation.
• Ensure supplies and refreshments are available for participants.
• Communicate scheduling changes with participants and team.
