Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or IT helpdesk.
• Familiarity with MacOS.
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience with survey tools (Google Forms/Qualtrics/SurveyMonkey) and data cleaning tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Ability to communicate technical info clearly to non-technical users.
• Able to work independently or in distributed teams.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to study participants across hardware and software issues.
• Manage checkout and return of study equipment, verify participant identity, document devices.
• Assist onsite with software troubleshooting and escalations.
• Explain technical steps clearly and empathetically to participants of varying skill levels.
• Gather data and report back to the managing team.
• Document and track issues, resolutions, and escalations per protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy and security guidelines.
