Job summary

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution in Salem, VA is seeking a Receiving Clerk to lead the receiving process on a full-time, onsite basis. You will verify shipment documents, coordinate audits, and ensure accurate data entry into JDE/DSI while supporting dock operations.

The role requires at least 2 years in a distribution environment, proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, and Hazardous Materials certification.

Qualifications

Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Able to learn to operate all warehouse equipment and obtain Hazmat Certification.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Team-oriented with positive attitude and willingness to educate others.
Excellent communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Verify shipment documents with shipments (manifests, packing lists) against physical audit and document the results for systematic receiving in JDE/DSI.
Maintain high accuracy in data entry of receipts and manage urgent cross-dock requests.
Perform multiple tasks across platforms (PC setup, receipt entry, history, put-away, movement history).
Assist with reconciling purchase and work order receipt issues with accounting and planners.
Train auditors to perform write-ups and document discrepancies and non-conformances.
