Voyant Beauty is hiring for a Chemical Receiver to support accurate receipt, documentation, and organization of incoming chemicals and materials. The role supports warehouse operations with safety-first processes and proper handling of hazardous materials.

You will verify shipments, enter data into inventory systems, and assist with labeling, storage, and coordination with production. OSHA and PPE practices are essential, and a team-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years forklift operation experience preferred.
• 1–3 years experience with basic computer functions and inventory systems preferred.
• 1–3 years knowledge of hazardous material handling and chemical safety protocols preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify and document incoming shipments; inspect for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain organized receiving files and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Coordinate material movement and staging; operate forklifts and related equipment as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety policies; wear PPE.
• Label and segregate hazardous chemicals per safety/environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with purchasing/production to confirm material availability and inform delays.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment and report malfunctions.
• Assist with audits by providing receiving documentation.
• Participate in spill response and receiving-related emergencies.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and safety.
