Great Hearts Academies is seeking a Reading Interventionist for K-5 to support fall 2027 start at our Apache Junction campus. This full-time, salaried role focuses on rigorous reading interventions, data entry, and collaborative planning with teachers, specialists, and coaches to help identified students close literacy gaps.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or higher and K-12 teaching experience, with proficiency in Guided Reading, progress monitoring, and diagnostic assessments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• K-12 teaching experience required.
• Experience with Guided Reading and progress monitoring preferred.
• Experience with Singapore Math strongly preferred.
• Training in Spalding Phonics a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide small group reading or math interventions for identified students.
• Collaborate with teachers, interventionists, and specialists to design and implement programs.
• Monitor and track student progress; enter progress data as needed.
• Administer diagnostic assessments and progress monitoring as required.
