Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or substantial experience as a Behavior Tech/Paraprofessional with ASD background.
• Hands-on experience in behavior settings beyond 1:1 support.
• Comfort working in elementary classroom settings.
• Willingness to work onsite; remote not available.
• Contract duration from Oct 12, 2026 through May 27, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and implement behavior intervention plans for elementary-aged students.
• Collaborate closely with the onsite BCBA and teaching staff.
• Facilitate positive classroom engagement and promote student development.
• Document and communicate progress following best practices.
• Help maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all learners.
• Adjust strategies to address varying student needs during the school day (8:15–3:15, 32.5 hours per week).
