Job summary

Qualifications

• RBT certification completed (training course and exam)

• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent movements
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Collect data on programs and assist with assessments as needed
• Assist with staff training and support implementation of care plans
• Deliver behavior analysis services under BCBA supervision
• Modify maladaptive behaviors by applying RBT techniques
• Coordinate with care team to support students’ behavioral goals
