Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Science program.
• Registration as Radiologic Technologist with ARRT.
• Good understanding of human anatomy, evidenced by education or experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting radiology orders.
• Experience working with PACS and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and performs radiological (X-ray) imaging.
• Reads and comprehends imaging orders and consults with physicians when needed.
• Interviews patients to understand risk factors and ensure safety.
• Guides patients through exams with clear explanations and cultural sensitivity.
• Uploads imaging results to PACS and records data in the EMR.
