Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiological science program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
• Solid understanding of human anatomy (education or experience).
• Experience reading and interpreting radiology orders.
• Experience working with PACS.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and performs radiological (X-ray) imaging.
• Reads and comprehends imaging orders; collaborates with physician when needed.
• Interviews patients to assess risk factors for safety.
• Guides patients through examinations with clear explanations and empathy.
• Uploads imaging results to PACS and records to EMR.
