Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Radiological Science.
• Five years of experience in a clinical imaging role.
• Registration as Radiological Technologist with ARRT.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy.
• Experience reading and interpreting radiology orders.
• Experience working with PACS.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and performs radiological (X-ray) imaging.
• Reads and comprehends imaging orders and consults with physicians when needed.
• Selects scanning protocols and imaging parameters based on anatomy.
• Interviews patients to assess safety and risk factors.
• Uploads imaging results to PACS and records in EMR.
• Guides patients and collaborates to plan workflow with colleagues.
