• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience coordinating complex design and development programs in a government/NG environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team to develop the FENG for the W87-1 modernization program.
• Represent the PRT in programmatic and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Define roles, priorities, and budgets; monitor schedules and costs with EVM where applicable.
• Coordinate with production and design to balance producibility and performance.
• Prepare evidence for design reviews, gates, and milestone assessments.
• Work onsite and interact with customer regularly to provide status updates.
