Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories seeks a Cleared Senior/Principal Engineering Support Technologist for the FENG & Isolator Final Assembly and Test, onsite at Sandia's facility in New Mexico. You will diagnose nonconformances, drive corrective actions and lead continuous improvement within the value stream.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in a STEM field with 2+ years of experience or equivalent, and an active DOE Q-level clearance.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a STEM field plus 2+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Active DOE Q-level (or DOD equivalent) security clearance.
• Experience with data gathering, analysis and presenting technical data for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial diagnostics on nonconformances and monitor area health.
• Support corrective or preventative actions and pursue continuous improvement.
• Support programs for automated production equipment and new process development.
• Implement new manufacturing technologies or equipment and ensure operator training.
• Work onsite due to the nature of work.
