Qualifications

• Associate degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of manufacturing quality experience preferred.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of Quality Auditors, Chemical Technicians, and other assigned quality personnel.
• Provide hands-on quality support to manufacturing and make timely disposition or escalation decisions within assigned authority.
• Monitor production processes for compliance with specifications, drawings, procedures, inspection plans, control plans, and quality standards.
• Conduct and support Process Audits and other assigned compliance checks.
• Verify adherence to standard work, inspection methods, test requirements, and approved process controls.
• Lead or support structured root cause investigations using tools such as 5 Why, fishbone analysis, A3 problem solving, and corrective action reports.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions for internal defects, customer concerns, supplier issues, audit findings, and process failures.
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to reduce scrap, rework, defects, and COPQ.
• Use quality data and recurring issue trends to identify improvement priorities and verify the effectiveness of implemented actions.
