Job summary

ABB Installation Products Division in Jonesboro, Arkansas is seeking a shift supervisor to assist production supervisors, coordinate line work and ensure materials are available for uninterrupted production on the shop floor.

The role is onsite, Monday through Friday with overtime as needed to meet customer demand; candidates should have a HS diploma and strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams in a safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist production supervisors in allocating, coordinating and overseeing shift order and work plan execution within production lines.
• Provide regular feedback and make recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line.
• Handle production line organization, shifting priorities and possible critical situations.
• Ensure operators have materials necessary to complete tasks.
• Assist in training and cross-training of team members; perform other duties as assigned.
