Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience required.
• Experience leading internal and external audits required.
• Root cause analysis and corrective actions experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the site Quality Management System.
• Plan and execute internal audits and support external audits.
• Establish inspection, testing, and documentation standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
• Reduce scrap, rework, and customer complaints.
• Track and report quality KPIs and trends to leadership.
• Manage customer quality issues and formal responses.
• Maintain records, procedures, and quality documentation.
• Coach, develop, and oversee a small quality team.
• Partner with operations to improve process stability.
