Job summary

ABB is seeking a Production Supervisor to support the Maintenance team in Jonesboro, AR. You will lead daily activities, follow maintenance guidelines and improve equipment efficiency on the production line.

This safety-sensitive role runs 10-hour shifts Monday–Thursday, with overtime as needed to meet customer demand. ABB values diverse backgrounds and opportunities for growth while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4–6 years of mechanical experience and/or a state license.
• One year certificate from college or technical school and/or a state license is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance team and follow maintenance guidelines and procedures.
• Increase overall efficiency of the equipment and production line.
• Respond to emergencies/breakdowns and coordinate repairs.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and log them in a digital CMMS system.
• Report recurring problems with machinery and equipment and document fixes.
• Set calibration and adjust equipment to meet production specs.
