Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate construction materials testing projects from initiation through completion.
• Manage the full project life cycle within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee laboratory and field-testing operations.
• Manage client relationships and act as liaison between clients and contractors.
• Review inspection and testing reports for code and specification compliance.
• Organize and lead regular project meetings and maintain quality dashboards.
