Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Site Quality Manager to oversee quality across civil, mechanical, and electrical construction activities on large solar and energy projects. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with project leadership and subcontractors, and ensure safety, compliance, and performance standards are achieved.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in construction, manufacturing, or equivalent military roles.
• Pro Core, and other digital tools used for quality documentation.
• Understanding of contracts and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality inspections across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes, ensuring work meets DEPCOM standards, contractual obligations, and applicable codes.
• Guide and train on-site quality personnel, aligning expectations and proper inspection, sampling, and documentation practices.
• Conduct audits, verify record keeping, and oversee subcontractor quality to ensure compliance and consistent project delivery.
• Serve as DEPCOM's quality representative at site meetings, building relationships with clients and internal teams while promoting transparency.
• Identify and resolve non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and develop solutions to quality challenges in real time.
• Collaborate with project leadership to establish best practices and drive continuous improvement.
