DEPCOM Power in collaboration with Koch companies seeks a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end field execution on utility-scale solar and storage projects. You will oversee civil, mechanical, and electrical teams, drive safety, quality, and cost performance, and coordinate with Safety and Logistics on-site and remotely.

The role requires managing risk, guiding superintendent teams, and maintaining strong subcontractor relations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale industrial or renewable energy field execution.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, schedule, and cost on complex projects.
• Strong collaboration with safety, quality, logistics, and subcontractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.
• Coordinate with safety, quality, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Build and retain high-performing superintendent teams; coach decision-making and accountability.
• Manage project performance, including safety, schedule, cost, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct weekly site risk assessments and maintain risk logs with management teams.
