Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc is seeking a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end field execution on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. You will build and direct Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical teams, driving safe, high-quality work on schedule and within budget while aligning with subcontractors and regulatory requirements.

Location is site-based with travel; you will coordinate with Safety, Quality, and Logistics teams to optimize performance and ensure compliant, on-time project delivery

Qualifications

• Experience managing field execution on large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or renewables projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi-discipline teams and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines on utility-scale solar and storage projects.
• Partner with Safety, Quality, and Logistics teams to align field work and resolve issues swiftly.
• Build and retain high-performing Superintendent teams with clear expectations and accountability.
• Own project performance in safety, schedule, quality, cost, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct weekly site risk assessments and manage the Risk & Opportunity log.
• Drive subcontractor cost control by reviewing Change Orders and approving invoices.
• Anticipate and resolve constructability and coordination challenges to protect schedule.
• Maintain owner confidence through transparent communication and reliable delivery.
