Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Technician to learn and apply basic inspection and quality principles. You will follow defined work instructions and quality standards under close supervision at a Regal Rexnord facility in Milwaukee.

Key duties include performing basic inspections per drawings, using calipers and gages, and completing inspection records. You will escalate nonconformances to senior staff and adhere to safety and quality standards daily.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of quality experience, preferred in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read basic prints and specifications with training.
• Willingness and ability to learn inspection methods, tools, and documentation requirements.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word).
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic product inspections according to drawings, specifications, and standard inspection instructions.
• Use basic inspection tools (e.g., calipers, gages) accurately and consistently.
• Complete inspection records and documentation as instructed.
• Identify and escape nonconformances or abnormalities to senior technicians or supervisors.
• Follow all safety, quality, and standard work requirements without reminder.
