Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Technician to learn and apply basic inspection and quality principles in a full-time on-site capacity in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will follow defined work instructions and quality standards under close supervision to ensure safe, accurate acceptance of products.

Responsibilities include inspecting components per drawings, using calipers and gauges, recording results, and escalating nonconformances.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of quality experience, preferably in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read basic prints and specifications with training.
• Willingness to learn inspection methods, tools and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic product inspections according to drawings, specifications, and standard inspection instructions.
• Use basic inspection tools (e.g., calipers, gages) accurately and consistently.
• Complete inspection records and documentation as instructed.
• Identify and escalate nonconformances or abnormalities to senior technicians or supervisors.
• Follow all safety, quality, and standard work requirements without reminder.
