Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Engineer to design and execute control plans, perform audits, and ensure containment and corrective actions when non-conformances occur. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the QMS and support production readiness.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 0–2 years in manufacturing, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 0-2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team oriented with the ability to influence others without authority.
• Nice to have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
