Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Technician for an onsite role in Milwaukee. You will learn and apply basic inspection and quality principles to support safe, accurate, and timely product acceptance under close supervision.

You will inspect parts to drawings, use calipers and gages, maintain inspection records, and escalate nonconformances to senior staff. Candidates should have 2-3 years in quality, basic reading of prints, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of quality experience, ISO 9001 manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read basic prints and specifications with training.
• Willingness to learn inspection methods, tools, and documentation.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word).
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Export control may limit to U.S. Persons.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic product inspections according to drawings, specifications, and standard inspection instructions.
• Use basic inspection tools (calipers, gages) accurately and consistently.
• Complete inspection records and documentation as instructed.
• Identify and escalate nonconformances to senior technicians or supervisors.
• Follow all safety, quality, and standard work requirements.
