Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Quality Engineer for an onsite role in the Fort Worth area. The position will begin in Grapevine and relocate to the Fort Worth facility as needed.

You will support and improve the Quality Management System through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring products meet internal and external requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ISO Auditor certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate).
• Knowledge of computer functionality and technical sub-assembly interactions.
• English proficiency (primary or secondary language).
• External candidates must demonstrate alignment with role requirements and similar performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Support Quality Manager in applying quality standards and procedures.
• Create and maintain quality documentation (manuals, procedures, forms).
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly quality reports.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to transfer products to production per documentation.
• Support Quality Inspectors to ensure QMS compliance.
• Analyze failures and drive CAPAs for customer concerns.
• Improve receiving inspection processes and workflows.
• Lead continual improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen).
• Plan and manage incoming/outgoing quality control activities.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits and close findings.
• Manage supplier performance including corrective actions and audits.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness.
