Job summary

SMS InfoComm is seeking a Quality Engineer to support and improve the quality system within our Fort Worth facility. You will assist with maintaining the Quality System and collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure smooth production transfers of new products.

Responsibilities include supporting QA Inspectors, analyzing failures, preparing weekly and monthly QA reports, and driving corrective and preventive actions. English proficiency required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• ISO Auditor certification or experience with ISO quality systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English as primary or secondary language.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of the Quality System.
• Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products.
• Support QA Inspectors to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Prepare QA weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Lead audits and close out findings with corrective actions.
