Job summary

Regal Rexnord Auburn, AL is seeking a Quality Technician to perform quality control tests and inspections across production stages, reading complex drawings and BOMs, and documenting data to verify conformance with standards.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, a high school diploma, proficiency in English, and SAP experience preferred. You will support process improvements, attach inspection reports to SAP, and participate in RMA and filing duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field or related area.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• High school level math skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Read complex drawings and have a working knowledge of BOMs and manufacturing processes.
• Decide if parts meet specs and issue scrap tickets for non-conforming product.
• Attach inspection reports and balance records to SAP.
• Read and verify gauges used in the plant.
• May learn Zeiss CMM and Keyence machines.
• Scan and file production routers and material certifications.
• Coordinate returned product through the RMA process and participate in improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
