Zusammenfassung

Aleut Federal, LLC seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead the onsite Quality Control Program for our construction projects in Tamuning, Guam. You will oversee inspections, submittals, and documentation to ensure all work aligns with contract documents and standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and 7–10 years of QC leadership, with OSHA 30 and preferred CCM/CQM certifications. Onsite work with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or similar field.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• 7–10 years of progressive quality control leadership in construction.

Aufgaben

• Implement, manage, and monitor the project Quality Control Program per contract documents and standards.
• Establish and maintain project-specific quality procedures and inspection requirements.
• Review documents and submittals to ensure quality compliance.
• Coordinate with project team and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Provide guidance on corrective actions and ensure they are completed and documented.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
