Job summary

CBRE seeks a Quality and Compliance Manager to lead the Life Sciences/Pharma site team in Lebanon, IN. This onsite role oversees QA/QC deliverables, drives continuous improvement, and ensures inspection readiness while aligning with CBRE RISE values.

You will supervise staff, manage training and performance, coordinate daily activities, and report metrics to stakeholders during reviews. Strong audits, CAPAs, and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in QA/QC.
• Experience leading audits, CAPAs, and investigations in Life Sciences/Pharma/GMP.
• Staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to convey sensitive information and set performance expectations.
• Leadership to drive quality, efficiency, and effectiveness within the department.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily team activities; set work schedules and deadlines; cross-train staff.
• Execute company and client compliance programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate initiatives across departments; regularly report compliance status to stakeholders.
• Track quality-of-service initiatives for non-regulated services and report metrics.
• Escalate quality and compliance issues to internal and client leadership; participate in audits.
• Lead inspection readiness programs and assist with audits; serve as a resource for quality operations.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values; influence stakeholders to reach agreements.
• Apply disciplinary knowledge to achieve team objectives; identify and resolve issues.
