Job summary

CBRE in Concord, NC seeks a Quality and Compliance Sr. Manager to supervise a team delivering QA deliverables for a Life Sciences client on site. The role focuses on ensuring GMP quality, CAPAs, deviations, change controls, and audits across a facility maintenance scope.

You’ll lead staff, coordinate daily activities, mentor team members, and report compliance status to senior management. Role is fully onsite with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-8 years QA/Compliance experience.
• Life Sciences/Pharma GMP QA experience including audits, CAPAs.
• Strong relationship management and business acumen.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
• Execute both company and confidential client compliance programs and participate in continuous improvement objectives.
• Create initiatives and communicate issues across the functional areas. Report compliance status to key stakeholders and sr. management regularly.
• Manage the execution and evaluate the success of the quality-of-service initiatives for non-regulated services.
• Report Compliance status to the client during review meetings; escalate issues.
• Oversee the inspection readiness program for the site. Manage audits as well as serve as the primary quality representative for operations.
• Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how it integrates with others.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
• Understand the broader impact across the department.
• Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.
