Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager of Quality and Compliance to oversee QA deliverables for a large Life Sciences client in Concord, NC. The role involves leading QA initiatives, auditing maintenance staff, and developing SOPs to ensure GDP and GxP compliance.

The position is fully onsite, Monday–Friday in Concord, NC, with up to 10% travel and potential growth to multi-site support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and GxP.
• Experience leading QA and compliance activities in Life Sciences.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA initiatives at a Life Sciences client site in Concord, NC.
• Review preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Train staff on compliance topics including GDP and GxP.
• Audit Facility Maintenance staff for compliance.
• Investigate deviations, change controls, and CAPAs; author deviations.
• Develop SOPs and monitor quality metrics; manage quality documentation.
• Draft supplier and site quality agreements; ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Role is onsite Monday–Friday in Concord, NC with up to 10% travel.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Quality and Compliance Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the team that supports quality assurance deliverables for a large, growing Life Sciences client located in Concord, NC assisting in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products

The Sr Quality and Compliance Manager will lead all QA related initiatives at the client site supporting a full range Facility Maintenance scope of services. Initiatives include:

• Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Work order reviews
• Training of staff on compliance related topics including Good Documentation Practices
• Auditing of Facility Maintenance Staff
• Investigating and authoring deviations, change controls and Corrective Actions.
• Development of SOP’s
• Monitoring Key Quality Metrics tracking and trending
• Authoring Supplier and Site Quality agreements

This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday in Concord, NC with up to 10% travel. Role may grow into accommodating multi-site support.
