Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to supervise the QA/QC team at a Life Sciences site located in Lebanon, Indiana. This on-site role requires coordinating audits, CAPAs, and investigations while ensuring adherence to client and regulatory requirements.

You will lead training, performance reviews, staffing, and coaching; set schedules; report status to stakeholders; and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Travel is minimal; applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading audits, CAPAs, and investigations in Life Sciences/Pharma/GMP.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching and performance measurement.
• Ability to convey complex information and set performance expectations.
• Leadership to motivate a quality-focused team and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily team activities, set schedules, and cross-train staff.
• Execute company and client compliance programs and drive improvement.
• Report compliance status to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead inspection readiness activities and assist with audits.
• Mentor staff and ensure alignment with CBRE values and objectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day issues affecting quality.
