Job summary

ECC seeks a Quality Control Manager for a DoD liquid fuels maintenance project on Wake Island. The role serves as primary spokesperson for the CQC Program, ensuring contract compliance and effective communication with the client.

Responsibilities include implementing the three-phase QC process, leading meetings, reviewing test results, and maintaining documentation. Onsite presence is required during construction, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering/architecture/construction management/building science.
• Five years of fuels-related experience with two years as QC manager in last 10 years.
• CQM for Contractors certificate or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Attend accredited QC management course (USACE/NAVFAC).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate QC program with contract documents and codes.
• Lead QC meetings and document minutes.
• Manage testing program; review results and documentation.
• Inspect materials receipt for contract compliance; process submittals.
