Job summary

ECC is seeking a Health and Safety Manager for a Wake Island project involving liquid fuels maintenance for DoD POL facilities. You will implement HSE plans, supervise safety at multiple sites, and lead incident investigations while coordinating with project managers to integrate safety into planning.

The role requires eight years of HSE experience, DoD project familiarity, and a US passport; travel and base access are expected. A Bachelor’s in Engineering or EH&S is required.

Qualifications

• Eight years of progressive health and safety experience.
• On-site DoD POL fuels project experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EM 385-1-1 and OSHA standards.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement APP and HSPs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead health and safety program promotion at site.
• Coordinate hazard analyses (AHA) and training.
• Prepare health and safety documentation and reports.
• Maintain incident database and drive investigations.
