Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u seeks a QA Lead to drive test strategy and oversee comprehensive testing efforts. You will lead automation initiatives, define QA metrics, and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams to ensure quality across immunology data integrations and related applications.

You will manage testing of TIBCO Web Services, web/mobile apps, and data integration across multiple systems, leveraging HP ALM/JIRA and Salesforce-related tools. This role is hybrid with 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA strategy, defining test plans and QA metrics.
• Proven track record in test automation and framework development.
• Strong QA leadership and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience in defect management and defect triage processes.
• Hands-on data integration testing across in-house and vendor systems.
• Proficient in writing SQL/SOQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data/operations and Snowflake.
• Experience with HP ALM and Jira for test management.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy and oversee execution to meet quality expectations.
• Lead test automation efforts and define a reusable framework.
• Establish QA COE and streamline testing strategies across projects.
• Standardize testing processes and drive test automation across systems.
• Oversee all testing activities, including planning, testing, and defect resolution.
• Document test results and track defects in defect management tools like JIRA.
